About Rick Wallace Professional Coach

With 25- years in Military, Private and Not-for-Profit healthcare sectors, I have learned that for Leaders to be most effective they must create and Communicate Vision, they must continuously improve Outcomes, they are relentless in developing Teams, and they aggressively respond to Change.

The foundation of my Coaching is rooted in my unique blend of real-world experiences. For example, as a retired Lieutenant Colonel, Army Medical Services, I participated in Desert Storm and numerous humanitarian deployments providing medical relief and support for foreign disasters and civil conflicts. My ‘Take Away’ from these experiences was the understanding of where I fit in – where I was as a part of the whole organization.
